Visitors are welcome at Beaconsfield Golf Club during the week and may play at weekends and on Public Holidays as the guest of a member.

Notes for Visitors

  1. Visitors may not play at Weekends or on Public Holidays, unless playing as a Guest of a Member.
  2. All Visitors must have a current Handicap Certificate.
  3. Visitors must use the following tees:
    1. Men - Yellow
    2. Ladies - Red

Weekdays, Weekends & Public Holidays
(up to 3 guests – see Note 4 below)

£30.00 per Day
£15.00 (after 5.30 p.m.)

Notes for Members with Guests

  1. A Full or Full Restricted Member may not introduce the same playing guest on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday more than six times in any year.
  2. All Members, including Junior Members, may only introduce playing guests at times when they themselves are entitled to use the course.
  3. A Member must in all cases play with his guest(s).
  4. Any Member wishing to introduce more than one playing guest on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, must obtain the prior permission of the Secretary.
The above charges are inclusive of VAT.



GUIDANCE FOR GOLFERS

ETIQUETTE
The normal etiquette of the game, as laid down in the Rules of Golf, should be observed. Slow play is a constant problem and you are asked to ensure that you do not offend.

LOCAL RULES
Local rules are shown on the scorecard. From time to time temporary local rules are displayed on the club Notice Board and in the professional's Shop.

SAFETY
Safety on the golf course is the responsibility of all players. A small number of public footpaths traverse the course and players are asked to be vigilant.

SECURITY
You are reminded that the club cannot be held responsible for the loss of goods belonging to members or visitors. All players are advised to have their own insurance cover against any such losses and for third party liability. A code is used for operating the locker room door.



DRESS REGULATIONS

Course
Denim Jeans or jogging-style trousers are not permitted.
Shorts must be tailored and may be worn with knee length or short socks.
Short socks must however, be white.
Shirts should have a collar and long or short sleeves.
Shirts should be tucked into trousers or shorts at all times.
Trainers – other than golf shoe style – are not permitted.
Caps should be worn only with the peak at the front.
Trousers must not be tucked in to socks, even in wet weather.

Clubhouse
The same Regulations as for the course, plus:
Jackets with tie or rollneck should be worn in the Dining Room – unless relaxed by the Captain or Secretary – at all times, and in the Lounge Bar after 7 p.m.
Caps and hats should be removed at all times.



MOBILE PHONES

Mobile phones should be used only in the Car Park.
However, they may be taken on to the course, but only switched on and used in the event of a medical or security incident.
